The Enemy - Issue 1, winter 2018

The Enemy is a journal of contemporary art and critical theory, a space dedicated both to artistic production and critical analysis, that published its first issue in November 2018. It commissions and collects works by academics, writers, artists, and poets that respond to the painful consequences of globalised neoliberal capitalism. Each issue is structured thematically, including an editorial and glossary of the main concepts that appear throughout the texts; for each issue guest editor(s) are invited to contribute to the editorial process by an undetermined means of their choosing. This is intended as a mechanism to disrupt the authority of the editorial voice and to bring a multiplicity of agencies to the production of the content of each issue. [editors note]

Guest edited by Amelia Bywater and Scott Rogers.
